Stacey's site. It was quick and tasty and involves mostly pantry ingredients. One thing I didn't do that I should have is to get the chicken out of the pan immediately when it's done or it gets kind of soggy.
Here's the recipe:

4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin
1 cup flour
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 minced garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
1 sprig fresh thyme
1. Stir together flour, salt and pepper on a plate. Coat chicken with flour. Shake off excess.
Cook chicken in a large skillet until really well browned (approx 4 minutes each side).
Add garlic and cook one minute.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer with lid on for 10 minutes.
3. Remove chicken and continue to reduce sauce over medium high heat for a couple of minutes.
4. Strain sauce and serve over chicken.
Pairs nicely with a glass of Riesling.
